In this guide, we will show you the steps to install the LSPosed Framework on your Android device. During the initial days of modding when rooting was carried out via SuperSU, when CyanogenMod reigned supreme in the custom ROM, and the Clock Work Mod recovery was the go-to choice, we had a few impressive modules that made it absolutely necessary to have a rooted device.

Some of the ones that I could recall include Titanium Backup, Substratum Themes, Xposed Framework, Viper4Android, and Greenify. Among them, the latter are the only ones who managed to survive these constant changes in the AOSP code base from Google. As far as the rest is concerned, the development of Xposed was temporarily halted for newer OS versions, however, that wasn’t for long as new developers picked up from the last left-off point.

As a result of which, we were blessed with the fork of Xposed known as LSPosed Framework. It houses all the USPs that the original Xposed had and has further improved in the UI/U domain. With that said, this guide will make you aware of the detailed instructions steps to install the LSPosed Framework on your Android device, but before that, let’s first have a look at what exactly is this framework.
