This guide will show you various methods to flash the MIUI/HyperOS Recovery ROM on your Xiaomi device. When it comes to flashing stock firmware, then in the case of Xiaomi, you could either opt for Recovery ROM or Fastboot ROM. The latter could be flashed via the Mi Flash Tool and is the preferred method for many, especially if you are coming back to stock from a custom ROM or trying to unbrick your device. However, there’s a major caveat attached to this method.
It’s the fact that you need to unlock the device’s bootloader, which will wipe off all the data and might nullify its warranty as well. While this might not be a cause of concern for tech enthusiasts, the generic users wouldn’t like to dive deep into these technicalities and void the warranty. So for them, flashing the MIUI/HyperOS Recovery ROM on their Xiaomi device might be the best bet. And in this guide, we will show you various methods through which you could get this job done. Follow along.
